Draw the object one last time. Then crumple it, tear it up, or paint over it.
The work is the practice, not the artifact. Destroying the drawing cuts the cord between “did I make something good” and “did I show up and create,” and those are two completely different questions. It’s a reset button. You proved you could do the week—you don’t need the paper to remember it.
